When you submit the inquiry form on this site or book a consultation, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, professional title, organization, email address, phone number, and a description of your organizational challenge or opportunity. If you book a consultation through Google Calendar, Google collects and processes that information under its own privacy terms.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for consultations, and communicate with you about a potential or active engagement. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Please do not submit sensitive information

Do not include protected health information (PHI), confidential client information, or sensitive case details in the contact form or booking process. This site is not configured to receive or store that category of information securely.

Third-party services

This site uses Netlify Forms to receive contact form submissions and Google Calendar to manage consultation scheduling. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies beyond what these providers may set to perform their function.

Data retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement and any period required by applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete information you have submitted by contacting us at alimat@adebiyihealthandhumanservices.net.
